
Introduction
This learning program is part of a complete qualification. The qualification is General Security Practices NQF level 3. This Unit Standard relates to the judiciary, and there are various types of courts in South Africa and each has its role to play in solving legal cases.
A person credited with this unit standard will be able to:
• Prepare to give evidence in court.
• Give evidence in a court of law in a given scenario.
• Debrief the organization on the presentation of evidence in the court of law in a way that will contribute towards future improvement.

This program is compiled for the following target group:

• South African Defense Force members
• South African Police Force members
• Correctional Services
• Individuals who wish to complete the NQF level 3 National Certificate in Security practices.
