
INTRODUCTION
Overview
The person credited with this unit standard will be able to measure current levels of
Single Factor Productivity and identify the factors that influence productivity within the
organisational unit. He / She will be able to formulate an activity plan to measure,
improve and report on the productivity of that organisational unit, to coordinate the
implementation of the action plans to maximise productivity and evaluate the outcomes
of the plan.
After completion of this module, the learner will be able to:
a. Measure current levels of Single Factor Productivity and identify the factors that
influence productivity
b. Formulate an activity plan to improve productivity within the organisational unit.
c. Optimise productivity within the organisational unit.
